Bringing modern flair to classic Cantonese dishes has earned Ying's talented chef and culinary team a coveted Michelin star for elevating Chinese gastronomy.

In its main dining area, spectacular waterfront views of Macau enhance the elegant ambiance, while seven private and three semi-private rooms offer a more intimate setting in which to enjoy a truly memorable dining experience.

Italian Seafood Steak House

With premium ingredients selected from around the world, the talented chefs of Aurora create inspired, green and healthy cuisine infused with the authentic flavors of Italy. Aurora's signature dishes include oysters and seafood platters, with seafood sustainably sourced directly from its point of origin, handmade pasta dishes, the restaurant's own secret recipe pizza made with organic flour, and prime steaks.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the restaurant's selection of wines and cocktails with breathtaking views of Macau through the restaurant's floor-to-ceiling windows, or in the fresh air of the terrace for an al fresco Italian experience. 

For connoisseurs of tempura, the iconic Tenmasa restaurant from Tokyo is not to be missed. With ingredients flown in from Japan at least five times a week, Master Chef Takenori Noguchi and his culinary team take advantage of the season’s best offerings to serve tantalizing tempura and Japanese cuisine cooked to perfection is a must-do dining experience for tempura connoisseurs. 

Tenmasa features tatami seating with panoramic views of the city, as well as private dining rooms for guests who prefer a more intimate setting.

With a spectacular 270° panoramic view of the Macau Peninsula, the Yi Pavilion offers the most exclusive dining experience in town. The intimate space allows the chef to devote all his attention to just one table of up to 15 guests throughout the evening, with a separate lounge area for socializing.
